Mountain Laurel Glass Show Moves to September

The Mountain Laurel Glass Club of Connecticut has moved its annual glass show and sale to September 26 & 27, 2008. The club will no longer schedule a show on the traditional first weekend in March. With a crowded late winter and early spring glass show schedule, members felt there would be a greater opportunity for a Fall show date. And they also felt that a temperature change of 30-40 degrees higher would be positive, too.

This highly acclaimed show features the finest vintage glass such as Heisey, Fostoria, Fenton, Cambridge and Victorian Opalescent as well as popular patterns of Depression glass era. The show also includes a fine selection of pottery and china.

Hours for the show are Friday September 26 from 6pm to 9pm and Saturday September 27 from 10am to 5pm at the St. Marks Parish Center, 467 South Quaker Lane, West Hartford.
