FROM THE NORTH VIA I-294 & FROM O'HARE - Take I-294 (Tri-State Tollway) South. Proceed 5 miles past the Irving Park toll booth & get off at exit marked (To 20,64,& 290 West to Rockford). Elmhurst-Northlake this exit. After getting off I294 stay to theright & use exit 13B. Once on North Ave. make a left onto Berteau (first traffic light).Proceed one block & turn lefton Clinton. Proceed one block & turn right on North Ave/Lake Street. Stay in the right lane for Lake Street. Pass the entrance ramp of I-294 North & you will reach the entrance to Concord Plaza.

FROM THE WEST - Take I-290 East, Follow the signs to "North Avenue-Lake Street" Get off at North Ave. Exit. After Exiting stay in the right lane(Lake Street) Go 1/4 mile to the entrance of Concord Plaza.. ALTERNATE ROUTE - Take York Road to North Ave. Turn east Follow the signs to East Lake Street. Stay in the right lane until you reach Concord Plaza.

FROM THE SOUTH VIA I-294 - Follow I-294 North, Get off at I-290 West "To Rockford" Exit. Stay on I-290 approximately 2 miles to Exit 13A, Lake Street East. Proceed 300 feet to the entrance of Concord Plaza.

FROM THE EAST & FROM  DOWNTOWN CHICAGO. - Take the Eisenhower I-290 West. Follow the signs to Rockford. Approximately 3 1/2 miles past I-88 exit. (do not exit), get off at Exit 13A Lake Street Proceed 300 feet to the entrance of the Concord Plaza.
